The single most thorough website for all things Berliozian is the Hector Berlioz website. It is a treasure trove covering all aspects of his life and work, whilst remaining very accessible.

Musée Hector Berlioz (Berlioz's birthplace and museum) is in La Côte Saint-André, near Grenoble, southeast France. The website is in French but has a helpful translation option.
Association nationale Hector Berlioz has an excellent site - this is in French only.
The annual Festival Berlioz is held in the town of his birth, La Côte Saint-André, each summer over two weeks, featuring world class performances of Berlioz's works and many other delights.
